Solo or Duo

When you are 16 years or older you can register for the Sprint or Middle Distance. The Long Distance is for 18 and older. You need a trisuit (no wetsuit/shorty – watertemp is 21 or higher), a pullbuoy and you can use paddles. Check the exact rules for the details.

Training together, making strategic plans, the fun during the preparations towards the race, the shared nerves just before the gun goes off. It all comes together the moment you both start running. That first cliff-jump together is magical and when you pass the finishline hand in hand or arms high up… now we talking about ‘making memories!’
